Cody Campbell traded to Cedar Rapids

According to the Pointstreak USHL transactions, Fargo Force goaltender Cody Campbell has been traded to Cedar Rapids.  Kerry Collins is stating on his blog that the Force are getting either a 2nd or 3rd round draft pick for next year out of the deal, depending on Campbell's save percentage.  If Campbell plays the following season with Cedar Rapids, the Force will get another 2nd or 3rd round draft pick for the following season.  Ryan Massa and Dayn Belfour will be the Fargo Force goaltenders as of right now.

Cody Campbell is a great goalie and a great person.  Hopefully the change of scenery will benefit him and his hockey career.

cody is pretty grown up man in my point of view. He will be way better off in Cedar Rapids.

Really you did not say that. Whether he s average or not you clearly have never met him. I have housed kids in various hockey programs in this area for years. He is a quality human being who did a lot for the Force off the ice. He volunteered a lot of his time for the organization. Grow up, really. Just so you know Oedipus, he left home at 16 and moved as many of these kids do. Never said a word did he, just played his role as he did this year, and was a positive member of his team. You are a typical knucklehead who jumps on a computer and pops off about something when he knows none of the story. His parents had to be involved to approve the trade and that was it. You should think before you write. Maybe someday you will understand the sacrifices of a family and host family as they raise kids pursuing a dream. Cody loved Fargo it just was not going to work for him this year. Leave it alone wish him well and go back to your business.
