USHL to Muskegon?

A number of websites and newspapers are reporting that the IHL's Muskegon Lumberjacks will be folding and a USHL team in Muskegon is to take its place.  It appears all but official that the USHL will be a 16-team league next year.  Hopefully the hockey fans in Muskegon will support a USHL team after supporting a minor league team over the years (assuming that this really does happen).

I read one of the articles that a Muskegon fan wrote. ( i will not pay to watch kids play hockey.) Most of these kids have more potential than the hockey they have been watching. They've only been watching 7 other teams in that league. USHL will have 16. It's way better than some of these people think. Hopefully it will be a good turnout for them if it happens

You are right on Blades. Junior hockey players show 10x more promise than 30 year old minor hockey league players...I would rather watch "the future" than a bunch of guys just trying to make a living playing hockey (no offense to them...I would love to play hockey for a living in any way possible).
